If you thought hanging upside down in a glass bottle suspended from the Eiffel Tower was difficult, think again! The good old folks at Facebook just decided to make life hell for you, me and everyone on this planet who has a facebook account.
Privacy invasion?
Well, you cant leave. Simple as that. If you want to, spend hours and hours and we still do not know if its a 100% success rate at that.
So how do I delete that Facebook account
- Delete everything, yes everything. Pictures, friends, messages, wall-posts, mini-feeds, news-feeds, posted items, interests, groups, applications, gifts….etc etc etc… Need I say more? EVERYTHING!
- Now email the helpful Facebook staff and request a permanent deletion of your account and that all information about you is fully erased.
- Go ahead and try the following e-mail addresses: privacy@facebook.com, comment-info-rt@facebook.com, info@facebook.com
- Most probably they should contact you within a week.
- Once you receive a reply from the Facebook staff confirming that your account is deleted, try logging in to Facebook as you used to. If you don’t get an invitation to reactivate your account it should now be permanently deleted.
